The physical therapy is compassionate and aware of the pain of their patients. They work well even with those who flat out refuse to do the exercise that will relieve their pain and make them whole. This is my second stay at Belair so you can give them ten stars from me. ( highly recommend them. My wife and I would like to personally thank you again for what you have done for my uncle. It was a very stressful time for me and my family in dealing with how to proceed with his care and you made it possible for us to make the best decision to get the best care possible for him. My wife had visited him every day and was impressed how the patients at Belair Nursing and Rehabilitation Center were all treated with dignity and respect.

After fighting with them for over an hour I received a new bed with a crank instead of electric to make it go up and down. Seems to me Belair is only interested in how many people they can get in, they don't care about the patients. It was first certified by CMS in and the last quality survey was conducted in November, 2019. They sent me a hospital bed that did not go up or down. The hospital bed was a safety issue for my mom and the aide I hired to take care of her. Bel Air would not help me get the bed that was needed. I had to call the company they use, which is also disgusting, they said they do not carry beds that go up and down.
