It was first certified by CMS in and the last quality survey was conducted in November, 2019. They sent me a hospital bed that did not go up or down. The hospital bed was a safety issue for my mom and the aide I hired to take care of her. Bel Air would not help me get the bed that was needed. I had to call the company they use, which is also disgusting, they said they do not carry beds that go up and down.

The nurses were patient, very professional, caring and friendly, particularly those that I saw regularly during the 3-11 shift .
